The rain, wind and cold was overshadowed by the tremendous support for our lads at the Exmouth Memorial on The Strand last Saturday. Thank you Exmouth for your kind donations.... together we raised £147.64 in the very short window of time available between downpours and gusts !! I hope to return on Saturday 11th November to sing harmoniously once more and raise support for Our Heroes at this Time Of Remembrance.
I look forward to seeing you all soon. Gary Ocean

Hi Gary

Just a note to let you know that you raised £68.68 in your buckets on Saturday - brilliant!  Thank you.

We have some sponsorship money to come in from the ukulele kids yet but the total raised over the weekend stands at £3,916 at the moment.  We are delighted!

Thank you again for your support, it's very much appreciated.

Best wishes

Hi Gary
I’m just writing to send a big ‘thank you’ from me and all our volunteers for coming to perform for us on Saturday.  We very much appreciated you taking the time out to help us raise funds for Children’s Hospice South West, especially as it was a long day for you.
We all thought your performance was great, and it did draw the crowds in.  In the two days, after expenses, we raised an amazing £4,657 for CHSW, including the stallholder fees.   This is a tremendous result and over twice as much as last year, helped by the BRNC donation but also a satisfying increase in other income and we definitely feel that the music helped with this.
Thank you so much, we hope we may see you again in Dartmouth and maybe with us for the same event next year!
Very best wishes,

Sue

Another HUGE thank you to the wonderful people of Exmouth. After five hours of singing and dancing in the town square near the War Memorial together we raised £302.68 on Saturday 24th Sept. It was great fun, and a great cause. Big Thanks to you all and see you again next time.

DEVON AIR AMBULANCE BUSK IN DARTMOUTH..... It was a bitterly cold and dull afternoon on Thursday, but that didn't deter the generous folk and visitors of Dartmouth from donating to my singing and dancing performance at the Royal Avenue Gardens. Together we raised £112.95 and enjoyed some raised spirits from the cold. Thank you very much

A wonderful afternoon of great music which turned an Open Garden into a Garden Party and helped raise a fantastic £803.60 for the Children's Hospice South West. Thank you SO much!!!! - Judy Pride

Thanks again for being with us and the afternoon raised £803.60 a record for a garden on my patch this year!!!
Doo keep in touch and will be thinking of you early August….
Kindest regards

A huge thank you to Gary, who came to play at our Open Garden fundraiser for St Luke's Hospice. Although he was scheduled to stop at 5pm, everyone was enjoying his music so much he carried on until 5.30pm. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed his music and he certainly added to the atmosphere without being overwhelmingly loud. His choice of music, from 60's pop to modern ballads, had people tapping their feet and one older lady with two walking sticks was even dancing as she walked down the path. Gary has a great voice and a charming, relaxed personality and, if we open the garden again, would be thrilled to have him perform for us again.. Once again, THANK YOU.
